Stretch and Strength

This class is an intense session of basic stretches and strengthening that targets many areas of the body.  Stretching involves an integrated partner-stretching program created by Keri LaGrand. Strengthening involves isometrics to target specific muscles and cardio exercises. This class is a great workout and a fun way to stay in great shape! The Stretch and Strength class is for anyone! Whether you are dancer wanting a hard workout or just someone who wants a challenge!

Yoga

“Yoga Strengthening” is an adaptive class focused on full-body stretching and strengthening, as well as centering for the mind. A good portion of the class is devoted to strengthening the “core” muscles of the body; arms, shoulders, chest, back, abs, obliques, hip flexors, and glutes. It has a moderate pace, is accompanied by easeful music, and always ends with a rejuvenating final relaxation.
